Online Course Only

The online course is self-paced so you can log in and take the course anytime. It contains all the state-required topics presented in a fun, interactive format. This course includes videos, quizzes, reading, and interactive scenarios that will help you retain the information needed to pass the Arkansas written test and become a safe driver. Instructors are available to answer any specific questions that you may have while taking the online course.
Topics covered in the online course include the Arkansas GDL Program, hazards of drinking and driving, traffic signs, road markings, school zones, basic vehicle controls, railroad safety, driving in the elements, and distracted driving.

The online course is self-paced so you can log in and take the course anytime. It contains all the state-required topics presented in a fun, interactive format. This course includes videos, quizzes, reading, and interactive scenarios that will help you retain the information needed to pass the Arkansas written test and become a safe driver. Instructors are available to answer any specific questions that you may have while taking the online course. When you successfully pass the final exam, you can begin the behind-the-wheel portion of the package.
Topics covered in the online course include the Arkansas GDL Program, hazards of drinking and driving, traffic signs, road markings, school zones, basic vehicle controls, railroad safety, driving in the elements, and distracted driving.
Each in-car driving lesson is two hours long (one hour of driving and one hour of observation). Our licensed driving instructor will teach practical skills related to all aspects of driving and help you gain confidence in your driving ability. We offer flexible driving times so you can schedule lessons around any extracurricular activities and we also provide drop-off and pick-up.
Topics covered in the behind-the-wheel lessons include city driving, highway driving, parallel parking, 3-point turns, and car maintenance.

Test Day Package (age 18+)
The Test Day Package is for adults only and may be purchased in addition to a driving package. It cannot be purchased separately. On test day, an Certified Instructor will accompany the student to the ASP office, where the student may use the 1st Rate driver's ed car to take their test. Availability must be confirmed with an instructor BEFORE you schedule the testing appointment.

Behind-the-Wheel - DAYTIME LESSONS ONLY (9A-2P)
These lessons are available during the daytime only (before 3pm).
